This proposal sets out our community moderation and support plan for **Q4 2026**. Building on the progress from Q3, the team aims to go further: quicker response times, tighter scam prevention, and weekly activities. Our goal is to make Aurora’s channels the gold standard for support.

# **Team and Coverage**

The moderation team is made up of **three full-time members** who together provide round-the-clock coverage of Telegram, Discord, HelpScout, and the Near Intents Telegram channel.

- **Zubair** (izubair.near) - Works 8 hrs/day across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout. Leads proposal writing, reporting, and technical follow-ups with DevRel & Engineering. Escalates issues to developers, and oversees activity planning.

- **Aman** (iamanansari.near) - Works 8 hrs/day across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout. Manages daily community support, hosts Scramble Words or similar weekly engagement activities.

- **Rexux** (rexux.near) — Works 8 hrs/day across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout. Runs Discord operations and cross-posts community updates to Telegram, #community-news, Reddit, and the Near Protocol Discord. Hosts Riddle or similar weekly activities.

# **Budget Breakdown**

The figures below cover the entire Q4 2026 period. Compensation follows a **70 / 30 structure** : 70% paid as a fixed monthly amount, with up to 30% as a performance bonus based on KPI achievement.
