Aurora Labs to coordinate the sale on behalf of the AuroraDAO and provide tokens for the sale and post-sale activities from previous allocation_ [https://v2.sputnik.fund/#/auroradao.sputnik-dao.near/6](https://v2.sputnik.fund/#/auroradao.sputnik-dao.near/6) ## **IDO proposal** **Basic information** - Total amount of sale: 250,000 $AURORA - Platforms for sale: SmartPad (Aurora), BocaChica (NEAR), Skyward (NEAR) - TGE: 18th November, 13:00 UTC **General reasoning** Aurora Labs has enough money to develop Aurora protocol, so there’s no need to do a big token sale. The goal of the token sale is to distribute the token to the retail users and thus create a set of early Aurora users. We propose to do the sale on three platforms to make an outreach to three communities. **Sale schedule** - Platform: SmartPad (Aurora) Date: 4th November Amount: 25,000 $AURORA Price: $1 Accepted tokens: ETH - Platform: BocaChica (NEAR) Date: 11th November Amount: 100,000 $AURORA Price: $1 Accepted tokens: $NEAR - Platform: Skyward (NEAR) Date: 17th November Amount: 125,000 $fAURORA Price: non-fixed Accepted tokens: $NEAR The sale will happen in three phases with the increasing amount of $AURORA tokens available for sale. All the chosen platforms are on the NEAR blockchain to develop its’ ecosystem. The sales are distributed in time in order to build the momentum towards the TGE. All the sales start at 13:00 UTC to maximize the coverage of different time zones. All tokens are distributed to the users only at TGE, which will happen one day after the Skyward sale. No tokens will be locked. **SmartPad sale** SmartPad sale would happen on Aurora with the price of the token $1-worth of ETH at the moment of the sale. The sale is open to everyone. The size of the check for a single user ranges from $50 to $200. The platform is working on the first come – first served basis. **BocaChica sale** BocaChica sale would happen on NEAR with the price of the token $1-worth of $NEAR at the moment of the sale. The sale is open to the users who are staking at least 50 $NEAR. The size of the check for a single user ranges from $50 to $250. The platform is working on the first come – first served basis. **Skyward sale** Skyward sale would happen on NEAR blockchain. The sale on Skyward will be open for 4 hours. Due to the specifics of the Skyward platform (continuous token distribution), during the sale we will sell $fAURORA – the `future $AURORA` token that will be automatically swapped to the $AURORA token at the TGE. $fAURORA is a non-transferrable token, so once the user will get it on the Skyward sale, he’s unable to do anything with it. **Disclaimer** Due to the nature of the blockchain and constant changes in prices, transaction queues etc., the actual implemented scenario may have minor differences. ---
