The buybacks are already in place, but there was only one outcome from them – burning tokens. I’m proposing not to burn tokens by default, but let the DAO decide what to do with it.

Not that I’m aware of. But there’s 60M+ of staked AURORA. This might be added to the A+ later indeed.

At the moment there’s no plan to allow for it, but we can change this in the upcoming updates.
