**TL;DR**
This proposal outlines the development of a comprehensive Project Progress Tracking Dashboard for Aurora-funded initiatives. The platform will keep both community members and admins easily informed through real-time updates, automated alerts, and a streamlined project monitoring system. Featuring milestone tracking, smart notifications, and automated oversight, this dashboard will help ensure all Aurora-funded projects are progressing as planned. The total estimated cost is $2,000.
**Motivation**
Currently, tracking Aurora’s funded initiatives is fragmented, with updates scattered across forums and threads. This makes it harder for contributors and decision-makers to stay easily informed and identify delays or issues early.
**Rationale**
To solve this, we propose building a Project Progress Tracker with the following features tailored to Aurora’s decentralized development model:
