In August I started the Italian channels. In September we keep up a good work and keep growing. Many articles, posts and updates have been done.
Now, I want to continue this great job to grow our community in Italy.

- Weekly articles and news translated and posted on Medium - 3-5/week
- AMAs
After September we expect partner with influencers to reach more people

- 500-1000 members on Telegram to the next months
- 100-500 members on Twitter
- Support in Italian language
- Latest news are shared on Twitter and Telegram

- Telegram moderation: $ 650
- Twitter (posts and news): $ 500
- Articles on Medium about Aurora: $ 550
- Twitter and Telegram giveaways to grow community: $ 75
- Management costs: Planning, reporting, team meetings, coordination, prepare articles, brainstorming: $ 225 USDT

Hmm, I’ve written about it before , but why not direct link to the chat room (as example, AuroraItaliaGuild?
Once there, a new user sees an empty chat room with no news or anything else.
The Guild does a good job with articles, but if there are no people, who will be able to read them…
Unfortunately, I don’t see ways that would help increase the community organically.

I Did not understand your point.
When I click on the link I go directly to the Telegram Group with all the posts.
The channel was created but the group is small. I prefer to maintain only the group than Channel + Group. Even so, we keep posting the link in the group for people to join the channel.

We started the giveaways only last month and we had good result. We plan to continue with that + partnerships before thinking on Ads.
