**Aurora Community Mods Ops Report – Q3 2025**

This quarter, we saw more people getting involved in our community activities and showing interest in the new products being built in the Aurora & Near ecosystem.

**What we worked on this quarter:**

- Offered round-the-clock support on Telegram, Discord, and Helpscout.

- Rolled out new community activities on both Telegram and Discord.

- Kept an eye on Twitter comments and stepped in to answer questions when needed.

- Maintained a response time of under 15 minutes across all support channels.

- Regularly shared updates through the news stream and announcement channels.

- Joined weekly sync calls with moderators to share updates and collect feedback.

- Reported community issues and technical concerns to the Dev team, keeping track of open queries weekly.

- Helped the core team with extra tasks when needed.

- Protected the community by removing bots/scammers and reminding members to only trust official sources.

**Activities hosted by the moderators in September** : Scrambles Words (Telegram), Acronym Challenge (Discord), Caption This.(Telegram)

**Number of participants** : Average 10-12 participants on Telegram and Discord in each activity.

**Engagement achieved** on Telegram in no. of messages : 1.3k
