We have had a great quarter with increased engagement, here is the report

**Overview :**

The moderation team successfully handled the following core responsibilities:

- Provided 24/7 support across Telegram, Discord, and Helpscout on all Aurora channels.
- Worked with the devs to address Aurora Intents & other technical concerns.
- Planned and ran community engagement events on both Telegram and Discord.
- Managed Kudos/points for the community leaderboard.
- Kept the average response time below 1 hour on every support channel.
- Ensured steady communication through news feeds and announcement channels.
- Joined weekly sync calls with other moderators to exchange updates.
- Assisted the core team with extra tasks as needed.
- Kept the community safe by removing bots and scammers and encouraging members to trust only official sources.
