i see here good tendency
but we haven’t started to collect the number of your degens
so for the next month, and the next proposal, I want to offer:

1. to write KPI/metrics that you’re aimed to achieve more precise
as a great example I can advise to have a look at your colleague’s work:

> Greetings Auroreans! ! wave Following our guild’s success last period (November), today, we want to continue the work of growing and maintaining the community of Aurora in Venezuela, as we promised in our October/November [proposal](https://forum.aurora.dev/t/approved-aurora-venezuela-october-november/1289) and showed in our reports. [[REPORT] Aurora Venezuela October](https://forum.aurora.dev/t/report-aurora-venezuela-october-2022/1491). [[REPORT] Aurora Venezuela November](https://forum.aurora.dev/t/report-aurora-venezuela-november-2022/1672)1. Guild Name: AURORA VENEZUELA 2. Country: Venezuela 3. Links on social media and how many members they have according to our [last report](https://forum.aurora.dev/t/report-aurora-venezuela-november-2022/1672) (November): Twitter [@ven…](https://twitter.com/venezuelaaurora)

1. let’s start tracking the degens growth with the other your channels

2. to fix the results of your work we recommend to create documents like @Aurority made:

> **[Aurority Daily Report](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sFrxmSX09uCJxmv8p2F9uznYZa2BMedyYf_uh0vq_fo/edit#gid=0&range=C2:H3)**
>
> This Sheet is private

by my view, it’s the most convenient way of tracking activities ☺

💪 🤩
