Builders are supposed to be builders, not casino players. If the developer needs N dollars, then Aurora must give him N dollars. There should not be situations when, due to the token price fluctuations the developer cannot fulfill the promised.
There are a huge number of low-quality projects.A special commission should be created to deal with the verification of grant applicants. KYC, background, reputation, evaluation of past work, evaluation of the project for which funding was requested. Only then should a decision be made to award a grant. Aurora should stop burning the fund. We need quality projects, not a pile of useless garbage.
