As we head into Q3, here’s what we’re up to and how we’re planning to keep things smooth and secure — plus we’re always ready to jump in with extra community activities whenever needed.

Last Report: [REPORT] Aurora Community Mods Ops Apr-June'25

Our small but mighty crew of three will keep covering all Aurora channels 24/7. Like the previous quarter, we’ll be watching the Near Intents Telegram to keep spam away. Answering your questions as fast as possible in Aurora channels, and jumping in wherever the community needs an extra pair of hands.

The Team

:man_technologist: Zubair: Covers 8 hours daily across Telegram, Discord & HelpScout. He’s also on top of proposals, reports, technical escalations with DevRel & Engineering, keeps help.aurora.dev updated, and checks in on Twitter replies too.

:man_technologist: Aman: Online 8 hours daily, helping folks out on Telegram, Discord & HelpScout, and keeping things chill and scam-free.

:man_technologist: Rexux: Active 8 hours every day, covering Telegram, Discord & HelpScout. He shares fresh updates with everyone on Telegram, Discord’s #community-news channel, Reddit, and keeps the Near Protocol Discord in the loop too. He will also take care of the Discord management.

Budget for Q3

Zubair: $2,300/month × 3 = $6,900 (izubair.near)
Aman: $1,840/month × 3 = $5,520 (iamanansari.near)
Rexux: $2,070/month × 3 = $6,210 (rexux.near)

Total: $6,210/month × 3 = $18,630

Hello @Egor,

Firstly, thank you for the long-awaited salary adjustment — it’s truly appreciated.

I have just one suggestion: to consider increasing the remuneration for Rex and Aman to $2,100, as their responsibilities and contributions are quite similar. This would also align with the approved Aurora DAO proposal and its budget:

Overall, I’m genuinely excited about the upcoming positive changes in Aurora’s governance. The community feels re-energized. I understand that a new ambassador program is already in the works by propose to the new Governance and to replace the previous one, along with new initiatives from content creators and others.
