Hello Aurora Family,
I hope this message finds everyone well. It has been a rewarding experience serving the community through our moderation and support efforts. We are pleased to present our proposal for another quarter of continuing to assist the Aurora Community with their inquiries. In addition to our ongoing community support, we will also be involved in helping the team with community campaigns and other initiatives.

Previous Reports:
Looking ahead, we will maintain our 3-member team to provide round-the-clock moderation of Aurora Community channels. As always, we will work collaboratively to address community questions, listen to feedback, and continue focusing on providing exceptional service to our members.
Team Breakdown:
- Zubair: Zubair will be available for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week on Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout. In addition to providing regular support, Zubair will oversee task execution for each moderator in the ops, assist with recommended responses, and handle writing proposals and reports on behalf of the community moderators. He will also present technical questions and issues to the DevRel and Engineering teams on a weekly basis, and will monitor the official help.aurora.dev page when needed. Additionally, he will manage comments on the official Aurora Twitter account.
- Aman: Aman will be active for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week on Aurora’s official Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout, assisting community members.
- Rexux: Rexux will provide 8 hours a day, 7 days a week of support across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout. Additionally, Rexux will share updates on the Aurora Ecosystem through platforms such as the Aurora Ecosystem News Stream on Telegram, the Discord #community-news channel, and near.social.
Budget:
- Zubair: $2,000/month x 3 = $6,000 (izubair.near)
- Aman: $1,600/month x 3 = $4,800 (iamanansari.near)
- Rexux: $1,800/month x 3 = $5,400 (rexux.near)
Total Budget: $5,400/month x 3 = $16,200
