Q1 of the new year has been a bit slow comparatively in overall market. We saw the impact in our social channels as well, here are the stats from Q1 '25. We hope to see next quarters be good in activities.

What we did collectively :
- Provided 24/7 support on Telegram, Discord, Community Tech Support group and Helpscout.
- Overlooked on Twitter comments to answer on queries when needed.
- Maintained response time < 15 minutes on all platforms.
- News stream channel and official announcements on Telegram & Discord.
- Attended community mods weekly sync for the updates from the team.
- Presented issues and technical problems to the Dev team with regular updates of unresolved tech questions sheet every week.
- Assisted the team with required additional tasks.
- Kept users safe from scams by removing bots, scammers and encouraging them to not interact with unofficial sources.
- Got admin access to Near Intents group to set up bots and keep the chat scam free.
