The moderation team successfully executed the following key responsibilities:

  • Provided 24/7 support across Telegram, Discord, and Helpscout.
  • Provided support on Calyx channels and synced with devs to report technical issues.
  • Hosted community engagement activities on both Telegram and Discord.
  • Worked with ambassadors for planning the activities and distribution of Kudos.
  • More than 20 participants in the activities around the month.
  • Monitored Twitter discussions and provided proactive support and answers.
  • Maintained a consistent response time of less than 15 minutes across all support channels.
  • Ensured regular communication via news streams and announcement channels.
  • Participated in weekly sync calls with moderators to share updates and gather community feedback.
  • Reported technical issues and community concerns to the Development team, maintaining a weekly log of open queries.
  • Assisted the core team with additional tasks as required.
  • Maintained a secure community environment by removing bots/scammers and educating members to rely only on official sources.
