Hi everyone,

I am sending a new proposal for the the months May-December 2023. The proposal relates to the Turkish Aurora community which we have been suppoting for 8 months already.

Introduction , Shortly about who we are and what we are doing:
Since March 2021 we are representing NEAR to Turkey and in August 2022 we started to represent Aurora to Turkey. We are a team of over 10+ members and aiming to help people understand, get ideas and examine mechanics to successfully present the original coverage and latest news about Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency in the turkish speaking area.

GOALS & ACTIVITIES

Our main goal is to increase blockchain and crypto adoption in Türkiye and heighten awareness of the AURORA ecosystem in the Turkish-speaking area. This includes:

  • Daily Support on Telegram
  • Follow Aurora Community Core channel and publish news on Telegram
  • Share News on Twitter
  • Create Articles on Medium and on a turkish News Portal CoinNET
  • Create 1 Youtube video per week regarding Weekly and Aurora ecosystem updates
  • Events on Twitter, Telegram and Youtube
    • weekly contests on Telegram (most active user, Aurora+ sign up, Quiz, AMA)
    • weekly Voice chat, Twitter space (Topic: Aurora ecosystem updates, blockchain technology)
    • like rt Aurora+ sign up giveaway on Twitter
    • Follow like contests on Youtube
    • Aurora ecosystem games (2048, World Aurora)
    • Tipbot for rewards
    • Near Social follow events
  • Aurora ecosystem projects collaboration (Support other projects by publishing news on Telegram on Twitter)
  • Invite users from NEAR to AURORA by sharing the group link
  • Continuously get in contact with influencers (KOLs) and share about AURORA in different turkish community groups
  • Get more Aurora+ SignUps
    → Share a banner on the news portal and redirect users to Aurora+

  • 4 Telegram moderators (daily support, publish news 7days / week on Telegram, Discord, Twitter and Near Social)
    → 350$ * 4 = 1400$
  • 1 Twitter Aurora owner (share latest news, get more impression / followers)
    → 300$
  • Youtube Videos (Weekly Updates, explanational videos)
    → 400$
  • Events on Twitter and Telegram, for prizes and giveaways (Tipbot), Near Social followers

  • Articles and content creation + banner (10 articles per month)

  • Management costs: Create monthly reports, planning, meeting with moderators, brainstorming, Social media management:

Hello ! How many Türkiey community
members use Aurora Ecosystem dApps ?

It’s hard to give any numbers but I will try to send some statistics below:

Dapp Games:
Our community is mostly playing the game twenty48.app Telegram: Contact @auroraisneartr and WordleAurora Telegram: Contact @auroraisneartr . The rewards are distributed with the Aurora tipbot which also helps to get more transactions on dappRadar.

As an example: The amount of total messages in our TG chat in April 2023 was 16738.
In the chat the users are sending each transaction to receive rewards. As an example if we search “tip” in the chat we can find 1317 messages so far. Same with 2048 and Wordleaurora.

In May we had an AMA with Openbisea, the interest in the motoDex was also high.
We are continuously sharing all games with our community to increase the amount of transaction and UAW on dappRadar. Some of our community members are also joining the HuntersChat and participating in Aurora games.

dapp Defi
If we look at Defi, our members are interested in Trisolaris, Aurigami, Aurora+ at most.
Members are sharing their rewards in the chat and explaning others the advantages of Aurora staking. Here an example:

To increase the activity in the chat and the transaction on dappRadar even more we are getting in contact with other turkish communities to join us and play the games. Also organizing tournaments helps to increase the activity. We as Admins need to send them Aurora ETH to their wallet adress as they reach over 50 transactions per month, that also helps to get a rough idea of ​​the number of transactions.

Hi @iamanansari thanks for the reminder.
I have now corrected the values.

For the first, we need to follow the news stream, post the news on telegram, support the users in the group 7/24, post the news on near social and discord, organize and moderator events ( giveaways, contests, voice chats, AMAs, play dapp games in the chat …) communication with the community is very important and sometimes quite exhausting.
That’s why I see more effort here. Furthermore, we assume that we will grow even more and that the work will increase in the coming months.

Hello team!

The crucial point is on-chain community activities. As a next step, besides marketing metrics like numbers on subscribers on social media, AMAs, etc., we should measure on-chain community health:

  • how many transactions a particular community brings to the ecosystem?
  • how many daily/weekly/monthly users?

We have excellent marketing progress; our Community is constantly growing on Twitter, Telegram, Near.Social, everywhere :muscle:, and now time for the next milestone.

So to implement it, we need the following:

  1. Collect a list of community wallets and track them on the dashboard
  2. Conduct a census of the entire community to understand who are the people in our Community (traders, artists, developers, etc.)

There are no CTAs now; it’s what we want to implement in Q3.
