Our dedicated team of three will continue providing around-the-clock support across all Aurora Community platforms. We’ll also be monitoring the Near Intents Telegram channel to manage spam effectively. Together, we aim to ensure seamless service, respond promptly to your needs, and keep everyone informed and engaged.
Meet the Team
- Zubair: Zubair will contribute 8 hours a day across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout, ensuring smooth task execution. He will also handle proposal and report writing, coordinate with the DevRel and Engineering teams for technical issues, and monitor the help.aurora.dev page. Additionally, Zubair will manage interactions on the official Aurora Twitter account.
- Aman: Aman will be available for 8 hours a day across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout, providing dedicated support to our community.
- Rexux: Rexux will offer 8 hours of daily support across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout, while also sharing news & updates to the Aurora Community on Telegram, the Discord #community-news channel, and Reddit, with crossposting on Near Protocol Discord.
Proposed Budget
- Zubair: $2,000/month x 3 = $6,000 (
