As we look forward to the next quarter, we’re excited to share our plans to continue assisting the community with their questions and feedback. Beyond our regular support activities, we’ll also contribute to community campaigns and other initiatives to foster growth and collaboration.

Our dedicated three-member team will continue providing 24/7 support across all Aurora Community channels. Together, we aim to maintain exceptional service, address your inquiries promptly, and keep the community informed and engaged.
Meet the Team
- Zubair: Zubair will dedicate 8 hours daily to Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout, ensuring smooth task execution for the team. He’ll also oversee proposal and report writing, liaise with the DevRel and Engineering teams for technical escalations, and monitor the help.aurora.dev page as required. Additionally, Zubair will manage interactions on Aurora’s official Twitter account.
- Aman: Aman will be actively available for 8 hours daily across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout to provide comprehensive support to community members.
- Rexux: Rexux will offer 8 hours of daily support across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout. He will also deliver updates on the Aurora Ecosystem through channels like the Aurora Ecosystem News Stream on Telegram, the Discord #community-news channel, and reddit and crossposting on Near Protocol Discord.
Proposed Budget
- Zubair: $2,000/month x 3 = $6,000 (
