Collaborated with ambassadors to plan activities and manage Kudos distribution.

Maintained an average response time of under 1 hour across all support channels.

Ensured consistent communication through news streams and announcement channels.

Participated in weekly sync calls with fellow moderators to share updates and gather community feedback.
