  • Assisted users on Calyx channels and coordinated with developers to report and resolve technical issues.
  • Organized and hosted community engagement activities on both Telegram and Discord.
  • Collaborated with ambassadors to plan activities and manage Kudos distribution.
  • Maintained an average response time of under 15 minutes across all support channels.
  • Ensured consistent communication through news streams and announcement channels.
  • Participated in weekly sync calls with fellow moderators to share updates and gather community feedback.
  • Reported technical issues and community concerns to the development team, while keeping a weekly record of pending queries.
  • Supported the core team with additional tasks whenever required.
  • Maintained a secure community environment by removing bots and scammers, and educating members to rely only on official sources.
