Team and Coverage
The moderation squad consists of three full-time members, collectively covering Telegram, Discord, HelpScout, and the Near Intents Telegram channel around the clock. In Q3, the team takes on expanded ownership of weekly community activities, working alongside ambassadors to keep the Aurora ecosystem lively and engaged.

Aman (iamanansari.near) — 8 hrs/day across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout (incl. Calyx). Handles day-to-day community support, leads scam detection and removal, and hosts Scramble Words or equivalent weekly engagement activities.

Rexux (rexux.near) — 8 hrs/day across Telegram, Discord, and HelpScout. Owns Discord operations and cross-posts community updates to Telegram, #community-news, Reddit, and the Near Protocol Discord. Hosts Riddle & Reddit Relay or equivalent weekly activities.
