**VISION AND MISSION**
We share the vision of facilitating the adoption of NEAR Blockchain (NEAR, AURORA AND OCTOPUS NETWORK) in Nigeria and Africa through Education, Marketing, and Collaborations. Making NEAR BLOCKCHAIN the one stop of blockchain powered products.
**PROBLEM STATEMENT**
Looking through the NEAR ECOSYSTEM we noticed in Africa AURORA projects aren’t been promoted despite increased awareness about NEAR PROTOCOL in Africa thanks to guilds like NEAR NIGERIA and sankore with that in fact, we want to use the present skills in marketing, talents within the NEAR NIGERIA community, Our wide based partnerships and Developers talents to make sure AURORA becomes an Household name.

Aurora Community grants program: how to submit proposal, report
**PROPOSAL FOR AUGUST-SEPTEMBER**
LOOKING at the above METRICS NEAR NIGERIA is an established community and will be a major tool in setting up the AURORA NIGERIA community. In relation to this the npk_guild after an in-house meeting as decided to create an AURORA NIGERIA COMMUNITY based on community participation and interest and to fulfil this we would push for a 2-3 month funding paid monthly which will be divided into
Community building: Beginning from the month of August we would run campaigns that will organically grow the AURORA NIGERIA COMMUNITY on telegram by minimum of 100 each month, this campaigns include AMA on various NIGERIA group and partners groups, Airdrops etc.
Social media building: This next two month given our already established presence in Nigeria we would push it a bit futher by growing our various social media handles for AURORA NIGERIA. The whole aim here is to make communities within Nigeria know of a more scalable L2 built on NEAR.
GRAPHICS/ VIDEO CREATION: with our established skilled graphic designers we would be able to create various items to simplify onboarding onto AURORA ECOSYSTEM. we are targeting 3 graphics with a video per week explaining various aspects of AURORA ECOSYSTEM.
CONTENT CREATORS: The content created will focus on two aspects of Aurora ECOSYSTEM which are the Technical aspects and the non technical aspects. As we currently have have you solidity devs they will be creating biweekly Article series on How to build on Aurora and etc. We would also be creating biweekly non technical Contents that a newbie will be able to understand what is the vision of Aurora is.

TRANSLATION TEAM
To make things fun and wild spread in Nigeria we would be translating various Articles related to the Aurora ECOSYSTEM into the 3 major languages in Nigeria. Every month we would release 6 translations that will be posted on the NEAR NIGERIA MEDIUM PAGE.
PARTNERSHIP TEAM : This team will be fully in charge of creating partnerships with entities within and outside the NEAR ECOSYSTEM. Currently Npkguild is affiliated with 10 dev hubs around Nigeria who are 90% solidity focused so bringing them into the loop wont be a problem.
DEVELOPERS TEAM: The current devs in npk are versatile in Solidity apart from RUST. So using the various dev skills we would be able to establish the following
- biweekly Technical content on how to build on AURORA
- Host month or bimonthly EVENT in various parts of Nigeria
- Create a AURORA NIGERIA DEV COMMUNITY
- Host Hackathons
- Establish partnership with various Dev entities
- Speak to EVM compatible Nigeria projects to use AURORA.
