Growth

Thanks to the support and engagement of the local & global community, we have achieved all the targets successfully, from 200% to 500% with some key highlights as below:

  1. Twitter: our unique selling is delivering the Expertise - Practical - Objective content in the local language and English as well.
  • Conduct a project review articles prior to the AMA event in VN/ EN language, and an AMA recap afterward.
  • Deliver a holistic view of the whole NEAR ecosystem but focusing on Aurora’s latest news.
  1. Telegram moderation:
  • Deliver degens news to the community for testing the product with incentive.
  • Defi news: FED inflation rate, ETH The Merge, Aurora… weekly to increase engagements
  • Raise from 0 to 336 members in 1 month
  1. Medium:
  • Deliver news with Dev point of view but easy to understand (ie Aurora after the merge, rainbow bridge attack…)
  1. Online events:

  • 4 AMAs have been hosted both in local or English for Pawn Protocol/ Trisolaris/ Pembrock/ Metapool

  • Weekly activities to increase members, and interaction.

  1. Dev Solidity community building
  • Host 4 online events for Devs for the below topic:
  1. How do rainbow bridges work
  2. Aurora EVM, Solidity smart contract
  3. Near smart contract, compare disadvantages and advantages between the smart contract of NEAR and Solidity
  • Recruiting devs who honestly and extremely want to learn and research blockchain and crypto.

Barriers:

  • Even though we try to contact all qualified Aurora projects in September (sustainable biz model, good team), it’s quite hard to organize an AMA with them due to market conditions (limited updates in a bear market), NEARCON preparation,…

Did you consider maintaining a separate Twitter feed for Aurora?
Otherwise, how do we know what Aurora’s viewing and following is growing.

And how are we supposed to know how many people participated and who received how much money for their work?

Does Pembroke or Pawn Protocol work on the Aurora network?
Meta Pool, ok, on both networks.
But how are these projects linked?

How recap and reviews about NEAR’s projects refer to Aurora?

Thank you for taking your time for our improvement, we would like to answer as follow:

Q1. Did you consider maintaining a separate Twitter feed for Aurora?
Otherwise, how do we know what Aurora’s viewing and following is growing.

As you might know, we receive only funding from Aurora now
• 90% of our posts are Aurora content.
• 10% are NEARWeek content, essential news related to our NEAR audience.
Therefore, all we do is increase the reach of the Aurora community as a whole, as Aurora is NEAR, people will know about NEAR first, then Aurora right after (EVM with the benefit of NEAR). That’s how we approach building the Aurora community thanks to NEAR’s base.

Based on that logic, approximately 90% of the current Twitter KPI is Aurora only and we have the branding in the name:

We can break down the post one by one to make the Aurora report but it takes more effort for the report.

4 persons as proposal, and here is the allocation in detail:

1287$ Aurora : Tu @Tran - Dev community builder, Researcher & Business Strategy, content creators

1212$ Aurora : @Hai Vu - Business Development, Marketing & Content Editor

665$ Aurora @Duck - Vietnamese community Builder, Content Editor, designer.

85$ Aurora Phat - Designer, Art creator

150$ Aurora : Game/event for Vietnamese community

As we mentioned before in the barrier, we have some difficulty on AMA recruitment: bear market, no new update, no fund for AMA, NEARCON… so we can’t recruit enough 3 AMA projects on Aurora.

And as AuroraisNEAR, we try to bring more NEAR users to us, hence, convert them to Aurora users afterward, that’s why we do a lot of AMA even for NEAR projects.

For the next month, we will increase the Aurora projects to 3 AMA to meet the requirement, and reach for the exchange.
