Introduce ourselves

We are a strong German team of community managers, editors and developers and have many to other German communities and to German influencers (Youtube, Twitter, Instagram). Since December 2021 we are representing NEAR Protocol to the German speaking area (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). We are in charge of the German NEAR community and present original coverage and latest news within the NEAR ecosystem in the German speaking area and since August we are growing the Aurora community for the German-speaking area.

Introduce the Aurora German Guild

Since August we are growing the Aurora community for the German-speaking area (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In the last weeks we set the focus on creating German content of Aurora and Aurora Plus. We also shared and translated the latest news of the Aurora community core group and invited some users in our community. In the next few weeks we want to grow further and improve the engagement in our community. Therefore we are planning collaborations with some German communities to do events with them like AMAs and/or promotional events.

1. GOALS & ACTIVITIES

  • In the next two months we want to continue with our work on Telegram and Twitter:
    • Daily support
    • Translating and sharing all news from the Aurora community core group
    • Get new users on Telegram + Twitter
  • We want to continue to translate/write articles of the Aurora ecosystem in German and present these articles to our community through our Medium account. We think it’s important that there is some content in the German language to engage more German people for the Aurora ecosystem.
  • Partnership with MEXC German: We are planning to do a partnership with the German community of MEXC. We are planning to do 1 AMA Session in the German group of MEXC. There will also be a Warm-Up event where the users will be able to submit questions and get rewards for the best questions. The goal is to present the Aurora project to their users and to get new users for our community.
  • Partnership with Gate.io German: We are planning to do a partnership with Gate.io German including 1 AMA Session in their group (Telegram: Contact @Gateio_German). There will also be a Warm-Up event where the users will be able to submit questions and get rewards for the best questions. The goal is to present the Aurora project to their users and to get new users for our community.
  • Promote Aurora Plus: We want to get more Aurora+ Sign-Ups by promoting the Referral program. We will do that by sharing the Ref link in different German communities (Gate.io German, MEXC German, NEAR German etc.)
  • Promotional events: We are planning to host promotional events.
    Examples: Like/Follow/Tag 3 friends event on Twitter, an activity contest on Telegram, a quiz on Telegram etc.

2. Expected impact / metrics in the next two months

  • 900-1200 members on Telegram
  • 500-600 members on Twitter
  • Latest news within the Aurora ecosystem are shared
  • 6 High quality articles in German Language
  • Successful Partnership with MEXC German
  • Successful Partnership with Gate.io German

3. Funding details (October + November):

  • Telegram: 900 USDT per month => 1800 USDT
    • Daily support + share the latest news within the Aurora ecosystem
  • Twitter: 450 USDT per month => 900 USDT
    • Share latest news within the Aurora ecosystem
  • 6 German Articles about Aurora: 650 USDT
  • Partnership with MEXC German: 750 USDT (rewards included)
    • AMA Session: Planning, prepare Questions + Answers, implementation of the AMA
    • Warm-Up event
    • Promote Aurora Plus
  • Partnership with Gate.io German: 750 USDT (rewards included)
    • AMA Session: Planning, prepare Questions + Answers, implementation of the AMA
    • Warm-Up event
    • Promote Aurora Plus
  • Promotional Events to grow community (advertisement fees, giveaways): 400 USDT
  • Management costs: Planning, reporting, team meetings, coordination, prepare articles, brainstorming: 350 USDT per month => 700 USDT

As I understand it, one AMA + promotion for each month?
Good metrics and goals, all that remains is to add work with other communities or KOLs.
Well, and also increase the activity in the chat room.

Yes, we have planned an AMA with MEXC German for Monday 17 Oct + a trading competition with them. And we have planned an AMA with Gate.io German in November.
Additionally we have planned promotions in our community (e.g. an activity contest) to increase the activity because our main goal for the next weeks is to increase the activity.

Hello! I will be happy to approve the proposal if

  • During the next two months, we will see active community on telegram group; At the moment I see only news;

  • Aurora Germany will start implementing Community growing plan - AMA with exchanges (planned, thanks), work with local influencers, with large crypto communities (for example: Avalanche, Polygon);

  • and improve work with the Community news work stream. Please, pay attention to the gaps and articles on Medium.

Hi @ell

Our main goal for the next weeks is to improve the activity in our community. Therefore we are planning AMAs, trading competitions and other promotions (e.g. activity contest).

We are planning to get in contact with more German communities and do events with them.

I have shared our Marketing plan for Aurora German in our Telegram group where we try to implement the Communitiy growing plan.
